Other smaller teams may have chosen LMP2 because they did not meet the requirements to be able to drive an LMH in S17. But I assure you that you will still enjoy the LMH category. In all categories there will be those who fight to be first, and those who fight not to be last. There will always be those who win, and those who are last. Fighting not to be last is also exciting.

And who told you that a small team can't challenge a big team for victory? Your track record shows that you have the level. Don't be discouraged.
 
It is not the issue to fight to not to be last, it is not a problem for us. But racing is to challenge with other competitors. And with 9 cars against 40 cars, mathematically we have less chance to find and run with equals competitors. Above all, on paper, this class car will be more entries than other.

Team manager can contact staff if that is the case but it should be really really soon as in today as i am preparing things in the backend. LMH is heavily restricted for a reason. We do not want LMH team to fight with LMP2 leads, same goes for LMP2 vs GT3 really.

You do not have a number yet, please hold until we have announced the entry list.

Maybe if the rules were relaxed in DIV2 it could be more balanced and we could enjoy the 3 categories in both divisions. Is there any chance this could happen, Jimmi?

We meet the requirements (2 Gold drivers here) and we had the will to climb in the higher class afer two solid seasons in LMP2.
But the feeling of these LMH is just too bad for me.

Even with a good setup (Thanks to a fellow driver) and a pretty decent balance, the FFB is awfull with these cars (For me at least) and I decided to stay in the intermediate class for one more season, hoping next year we can race with some other car that suits me better.

Do not call it that though. You guys are rocking it and is among the faster guys. Look at the drivers you have in LMP2, same goes for GT3 - all 3 classes will be insane to follow this year. Really pumped to get it going.

I should have a division list up tomorrow the latest. Remember before you freak out, we are using previous results, ratings, and averages over seasons to fit you the best. We are not trying to put you in a lower division to mess with you, we are simply doing it because the match of laptimes/results etc is just better there.

In terms of pure speed the LPM2 is indeed the intermediate class ☺️

I really enjoyed our two first seasons in LMP2, and I'm convinced S17 will be the same aswell, I'm just hoping we will have cleaner races this time cause we were very unlucky during the first half of last season

But to be fair, I think the best teams out there are currently driving in LMH, even though the LMP2 field is also pretty strong
Well maybe there are even better teams in GT, but I don't really know them

You will see that once the season gets going. It will be quite interesting in all classes i think :)
 
Good afternoon, If I understood correctly I must put the number 264 on our plaque number, or should I just leave 64?

Yes it is 264 correct.
So you sign up with your prefered number, i then try and arrange divisions by results etc, then i will make all D2 teams 2xx numbers, using their prefered number. Why cant both just be 64, well simply because if you perform well and is advanced into D1 - rF2 results will be a bit confused. It can be hacked by using a different number in the veh - but yeah lets not :)
 
Do you confirm that we're still using 2023 template for the Oreca ?
Seems like I can't find the 2024 version in the Download section.
