VEC Introduction to Season 17

Hello, a question regarding article 1.13 and 1.13.1 of the regulations.
Does this rule apply exclusively to division 1 or also to division 2?
If it is only for division 1, being in division 2 do we have the right to stream and if so how does it work?
Is the pilot the only one who can stream or can we have a player other than the pilot permanently on the server to stream?

Those rules have nothing to do with live streaming. But yea if we ask you need to provide it. But chances are low. We did not use it last season.

No you can’t spectate
4.9 Spectating is not allowed; drivers are only allowed to join the server as a spectator 1-3 laps or 5 mins before they are about to do a driver swap with their team-mate.

Divisions is made up of previous results, behaviour, penalties and what drivers each entry holds.
Then once a season is going its all explained in the first post:

Very good that you actually check this before race day - but don't check things when i am updating the servers. A team submitted a livery that overwrote another one and i only just realized when everything was build.
So rebuilding things now, check this evening instead.

Ah yes, sorry, I'm so impatient for all this to start:p, we'll go and watch it all tonight or tomorrow to be sure. Thank you to those who put this championship into action for us
 
Sorry to bother but i was watching in the D2 entries the car #291 has the wrong drivers, probably they got inverted with other drivers.
The #291 drivers are Daniele Facciolo and Giacomo Ettorre

If you checked it out it was simply because the 291 was named 297 and that what caused the issue. Its fixed now.
 
Is it me or is there some strange glow on every livery? the look a bit flaty and appear a bit dull in the mirror?

Seems to be you, did you check the broadcast to see if that was any different - unless you only talk about mirrors which i then doubt is a thing in general :)
