Link to apply for a provisional license isn’t working

Hello,

I’ve wanted to apply for a provisional gold license, as on my LFM profile I am S tier Safety Rating (maximum) and that I have 6500 Elo if I remember correctly.

But the link I was given the « Apply here » in the introduction message that was sent to me sends me to this page ->
(Just registered? - read me!)
which I don’t think is the good one.

Could someone give me the correct link so that I can follow the procedure !
