Race day: 27 December
Briefing released: 2nd post

Race schedule:
11:00 - Race servers will be open (ensure only STARTING driver is on the server)
11:45 - All cars must be on the server - and stay there
12:30 - Qualifying
12:55 - Warmup
13:00 - Race start

Classes: LMH, LMP2 and GT3

Server Settings:
Simulated race start Time: 13:00
Formation lap: Short
Time accelerated: x1
Tyrelimit: 10
Flag rules: Black only
Weather: Weather will be mirrored from real life, and decided friday before the race. (2nd post)
Orange Zone: In effect through first full lap

Live stewards: None
Course Marshall: None, refer to Race director if there is any issues. Incidents will not be reviewed

Please review the rules before joining the server for the race.
Race schedule times are in CET/CEST whatever is being used in Copenhagen at the time of the race.

Hi guys! Can you watch LMU vídeo today?? Looks very awful… don’t introduce drive swaps until ends of year aparently… it’s not be confirmed this thing happens 100% … so what about our vec seasson ? :/

Next release they said, but I completely missed when the next release is :D

Funny how he states though that they delivered driver swaps, whilst its not available still. I wouldn't call that delivering tbh
 
Next versión it’s out september 23, they say today But expected drive swap at the end of this year , not 100% confirmed

 
Seems like we'll be waiting until December for a proper season then. I'd like to see some short solo events considered for a season preview to give us a taste of organized racing here.

Edit: Unless of course I'm stupid and misunderstood the video.

Yeah, so confirmation is still needed as that changed from what i heard from them.
But plans change and we simply have to adapt to what they can provide.
I cant give a fully detailed plan right now, but i think we should do a few races (obviously to get in shape - both broadcast and also driver wise).
Let me just review this and get as much info as i can before i just change everything. I was pesimistic when i planned 2 months free so we could move it 2 entire months. However it seems like i was too optimistic.

We will host some races in both October and November thats for sure. Just hang tight a bit.

Why not start the season in June with the 24 Hours of Le Mans and continue with the rest of the calendar in September? We're going to run out of time. LMU is simply not ready. When it is available, will the driver swap be reliable?

I don't think it's appropriate to wait for 9 extra months considering that most likely, the Driver Swaps in private servers will be added in the next big update between Nov-Dec (at least according to S397s latest release video for the ELMS launch). People have paid already for their season passes and waiting that long may play against the series as a whole.

If by any means of the imagination the series has to be kicked back, one scenario would be to emulate a proper WEC-style calendar from February to November, mostly since VEC loads real world weather to the server (this is a more personal note, but running in the winter in 5-10°C weather doesn't seem ideal lmao, but that's me). But at the same time, I understand that summer usually is left free since a lot of drivers may have those months off to relax and enjoy the sunny days (unless if you live in the UK).

Admin team still has the final word on this, we shall wait and see what they say nonetheless.
 
The pre-season race 4h of Monza will be in the 29th of November right ?? I'm asking because we have the day 28 ( friday ) in the schedule !

That is a typo, but unfortuantly it seems like MSG is dragging this a bit more along, so i might have to update this race. But according to rumours it should get released mid december now. Lets hope rumours are wrong and stay positive and wait to move it for a few more weeks.
