Race 4 - 2 hours of Sao Paulo

Hopefully with the next race a month a way these issues will be resolved by S397.

I know it was mentioned a lot at imola but I hadn't see any reports of problems at Sao Paulo with join lags, so it's good to know that it is not track specific.

There was a couple of drivers that advised on TS they were running late and doing their best to make it (game install issues), and did successfully make it, I'm sure as drivers we'd all prefer if the shoe was on the other foot and a legit reason has delayed you that you can at least get a chance to make qualy if you don't quite make the start of the session as opposed to having to start rear of field.

However yes with the current issues it is understandably an annoyance, so all drivers should be on before qualy.

I understand that running late might be an issue, however, since this issue is known since Imola and VEC Imola, this rule should have been enforced beforehand and please make it so for Sebring (if the issues won't be fixed). Let people join during warm-up, and if the person is in an LMP3, just let them rejoin the back of the LMP3 field during the formation lap. It's a temporary solution to a very annoying problem imo.

I think we all want to see everyone have a chance to race and not have problems, but it only takes a few minutes to update and check if you can get online after a mod is updated. Like today for Sebring and later this week when the mod gets updated for the GT3 BOP rather than waiting for race day.

But if someone had no problem practicing with the updated mod and then had problems on race day, then I'm happy that they were able to connect and get into qualifying.

Unfortunately I have experienced 4(!) freezes during the race.. each time because someone decided to leave the server. It did cost me 8 seconds, I did lose a position because of it and I was spawned back into somebody with 75 minutes to go. Ruined our races (heavily damaged car). I would like to see a emergency rule or something that prohibits leaving the server early.

I thought that 397 had fixed this. Apart from that I really enjoyed the race, it was very close racing (also thanks to the LMP3 update) and we were really pushing each other out in the front. Can't wait till Sebring.
