The rules state:
8.2 Drivers entering and exiting the pits must not touch the blend lines.

At this track the pit blend line extends around to the outside of turn one. If you don't cross (touch) that line, you have to go off the track when exiting the pit lane. Common sense would tell me that's not what we're supposed to do, but clarification would be appreciated.

Hey Bill

So pit exit line is the yellow line and the cones, once you have passed the yellow line you may rejoin the track.

Ideally it's probably still best to do this as late as possible and also stay to the right side of the track. Sebring is one that requires cooperation from both the cars on track and the cars exiting the pits.

Also drivers should be sure they don't cut the yellow line, the pit exit curves and the yellow does not stop until the pit exit turns, seems it is very easy for drivers to cross the pit lane here.

Key example.

Workshop updated with updated version of Sebring to accomodate more pitboxes.

Apologies to those in VEC if this update comes at a bad time, was going to leave it till later but as I'm away next week it's best it is updated now in case not updating it caused any issues when VEC is updated next week.

Thanks.

Is it me, or is this Sebring different compared to the VEC version, most notably the pit stalls? In this version, the car is set in the back of the pits meaning you have to do a 3-point turn with the Norma, which is hugely annoying because I crash every 3 corners. Plus the setups don't save in the same folder.

Its not you, i had to update the track after Shawn left home, so this is not the same versions. When he get back he will update the VLMC workshop.

Hi, since I am just a backup for my team, I am setting up the game right now.
So, I continue to have an error about a base mod required by Sebring.
I already unsubscribe/subscribe to the workshop a couple of times, but nothing changed.
Any suggestion?

Thanks,
Mauro

Have you brought the track?

Its a DLC: rFactor 2 on Steam
Yeah that was my thought as well

If you have bought the track when you unsubscribed did you follow this?

Thanks

Replay, results and standings posted.

Remember IRR timings must be posted based on the official replay times, if you have submitted an IRR already with a time based on your own replay please resubmit with the correct server replay time.

IRRs posted, pit lane again is the big killer, lets tidy it up a bit at ViR. With any luck we can have minimal penalties for Le mans, handing out penalties if definitely one of the aspects of race directing that I do not enjoy, so do yourself and me a favour, watch those pit lines.

Cheers.
