Guys i am on TS if you need me, that is the way to contact me during the races, both mentioned in the rules and before on the forum.
I can't be everywhere during the race, there is quite a few things going on

Penalties can of course be served/cleared and reapplied, but i need to know. Need to review this in IRR reviews now for sure. If you had to serve it during Code 80, let me know.

Just to be sure , do you want us to review the penalties being correctly applied and send in an IRR form on anyone who violated a rule? Or will race direction normally check if penalties served correctly?
