so d2 starts with double line game green flag instead of single line as previously.

Just need to clarify this, Number of Cuts you mean is 3 numbers per hour right ? Not actually only 3 cuts ( usually one track cut is around 0.25 or 0.50 of a complete number )

Number of cuts is calculated in points yes, so 3 points per hour = 72 points in total

i can not enter the rain server, another servers i can join normaly ? anyone else has the same ?

A very useful tool when it comes to weather.
Remember the actual plugin is not depending on a weather forecast, but actual weather that is being sent to the api, so regardless of 10 different scenarios from various websites, the weather that is there will be sent to the climacell who is providing the calls to the server.

Take a look at this website if you want to stay up to date, all of this is predictions though: WXCharts v1.0.25

Best of luck to all of the drivers and teams, please take care of each other on track - no one wants to be sent off track and dnf´ed on mistakes from others.
